General:- Go Touch Down Resorts reserves the right to refuse admittance if the confirmation letter is not produced.
- Without exception, no entry will be allowed to persons in excess of the maximum prescribed on this booking.
- Go Touch Down Resorts reserves the right to allocate a different unit number of the same layout described in the confirmation.
- No animals allowed (for guide dogs, special permission must be obtained from the Go Touch Down Resorts).
- Go Touch Down Resorts may require a refundable breakage deposit. A Conservation Fee is payable at Dunkeld Country Estate
- All critical information contained on the confirmation letter should be verified with Go Touch Down Resorts, prior to your arrival, so as to avoid problems. Please ensure that any Special Instructions or Requirements given to the Reservations Consultant (for the Resorts's attention) have been entered above
Terms and conditions relating to Go Touch Down reservations made via the Call Centre:
- All rates are charged in South African Rands (ZAR)
- No deposits will be accepted on Peak weeks and weekend reservations. Guests are requested to make full payment within 72 hours of making the reservation, or regrettably the reservation will be released.
- Should payment not be received within the 72 hour period, the guest will be contacted and advised of the pending cancellation, and advised to pay. Any group bookings will fall under the same rules subject to approval by management of Go Touchdown Resorts. In respect of “Out of Season” periods (excluding weekends) and 60 days outside of check-in date, a deposit of 50% may be permitted and must be paid within 72 hours.
- The balance must be paid before the 60 day period of the check-in date – e.g. – A reservation made in January 2011 for check-in June 2011, the guest can pay a 50 % deposit within 72 hours to secure the booking, but the balance of the payment must be made before the end of April 2011.
- Go Touchdown Resorts Refund Policy
Go Touch Down Resort has a no cancellation policy and will therefore not refund. Should this occur, we will try to assist with alternative dates, but this is at the full discretion of management and no correspondence will be entered into. For a booking to be confirmed, full payment must have been received as indicated within 72 hours or as described in “1” and “2” above.
Terms for booking via Website
- Full payment is required on all reservations made via the website booking engine by credit card .
- Group bookings of 10 rooms or more are to be handled via the Call Centre.
- Go Touch Down Resorts has a no cancellation policy and will therefore not refund. Should this occur, we will try to assist with alternative dates, but this is at the full discretion of management and no correspondence will be entered into.
